Job Description

A highly skilled Marketing Business Development Specialist is required to join our team at Kerry. Reporting to the EUM Lead, you will play a vital role in setting and executing strategies to drive business growth across Latin America.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Food Industry and Technology, with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in Food & Beverage B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, and/or Sales. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with Portuguese being desirable.

You will be responsible for providing external context for relevant sub-End Use Markets, including market sizing and growth rates, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitor analysis. This information will be synthesized with customer and competitor insights to support the strategy setting process.

You will also collaborate with local teams (Marketing, Sales, RD&A, BD, and others) to activate strategies for relevant sub-End Use Markets. Your ability to quickly grasp and become proficient in new concepts, ideas, technologies, markets, tools, and ways of working will be essential in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide external context for relevant sub-End Use Markets, including market sizing and growth rates, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with local teams (Marketing, Sales, RD&A, BD, and others) to activate strategies for relevant sub-End Use Markets.
  • Support the strategy setting process by synthesizing customer and competitor insights.
  • Drive business growth through effective strategy execution.
  • Actively connect with Global teams to leverage their expertise and bring visibility to the region's expertise and critical actions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong passion for the Food Industry and Technology.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Food & Beverage B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, and/or Sales.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese being desirable.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills of consumer, market, and sales data.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and become proficient in new concepts, ideas, technologies, markets, tools, and ways of working.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
