About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Global Business Development and Marketing to join our team in Bogota, Colombia.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive sales pipeline growth.
  2. Lead the marketing team in creating effective campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve process, operational, and marketing challenges.
What You Bring to the Role
  • A postgraduate degree in Business or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in managing business development teams and marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional consulting, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, strategies, and tools, with the ability to develop and sell marketing products to potential clients.
