About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and charismatic Head of Sales to lead and expand our dynamic sales team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful sales teams, particularly those consisting of 5 to 8 reps, both farmers and hunters. In this role at Global Talent, you will drive sales strategies and be directly involved in high-level deals, leveraging your extensive network and executive presence with key clients and stakeholders to ensure continued growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 5 to 8 representatives (farmers and hunters), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and team growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on both short and long-term growth.
  • Actively participate in high-stakes deals, representing the company in meetings with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize your existing network to attract top sales talent to the team, ensuring a strong pipeline of future hires.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to the board, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing and scaling sales teams of 5+ representatives, with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Extensive network within the sales community, with the ability to attract and hire top talent.
  • Strong track record of personally driving and closing significant deals.
  • Charismatic leadership with the executive polish and presence to represent the company in high-level meetings and top client presentations.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive consistent growth.
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance, close rates, and overall productivity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
