About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at SD Solutions. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the qualification and generation of new outbound opportunities that will drive the company's high growth numbers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage, develop, and coach a team of outbound sales development representatives to achieve consistent performance week over week.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Hire, onboard, and manage sales development representatives to become experts at opening doors and uncovering opportunities for the sales team.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide day-to-day coaching & professional development, including team meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings, and call coaching sessions.
  • Goal Setting and Tracking: Track and communicate weekly goals to the team to drive consistent performance week over week.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales development team is meeting, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Process Development: Establish best practices, tools, and processes for outbound prospecting.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our product line and value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the field sales force to implement sales and pipeline-building strategies across the entire team.
  • Tool Management: Manage all applicable sales tools.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management team.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid working mode: 3 days from the office, 2 days remotely.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Consistent track record for running a metric-driven business with proven results.
  • Experience: 2+ years of inside sales software experience or equivalent management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leader and coach. Ability to hire, train, motivate, and lead day to day results of your team.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven Track Record with managing highly effective sales professionals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Energy and Drive: High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Organizational Skills: Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of our product is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required
