About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Puulse Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and generating leads for our company. Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Utilize a power dialer to cold call potential clients and move them into the sales funnel.
  2. Qualification and Transfer: Understand the potential client's needs, qualify their interest, and transfer them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system.
  4. Collaboration and Training: Work with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies, and participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
  5. Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.
