Job Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team at SALES RAIN as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and our company, providing product and service information to resolve any emerging problems.
  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to implement new processes and procedures that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
