Job Description

As a Strategic Business Development Lead at NielsenIQ, you will play a key role in driving the commercial activities of our clients, utilizing your analytical and relationship skills to identify areas of strategic opportunity and advise on solutions that meet their needs and objectives. Your expertise will be utilized to monitor customer health, detect commercial leads, and develop strategic plans to guarantee the generation of value and effective delivery of services.

About this Job

  • Develop and align strategic plans with key clients to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client objectives and priorities, defining success criteria and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Demonstrate value and return on investment through quantifiable business opportunity generation, sharing, and receiving customer feedback.
  • Build and lead market and thought leadership presentations for senior client representatives about the FMCG and client business situation.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of the service offered, adjusting the Joint Business Plan as necessary to reflect changes in client priorities.
  • Continuously monitor customer health as an account SPOC, monitoring satisfaction metrics (NPS), and requests in terms of quality and coverage.
  • Identify and communicate viable opportunities through interaction with the Analytic Insight and Account Development team.
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring coordination, adequate training, and communication, proactively managing the daily commitment of other teams and handling problems or conflicts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Mass Consumption, consulting companies, and Retailers.
  • Experience working with NielsenIQ information (ideally).
  • Management of Office/Google and CRM tools or business monitoring systems.
  • Advanced English written and oral skills.
