About the Role

Kennedys is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Business Services team in Bogota. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Partner and contribute to the success of our LATAM Practice Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance, including diary management, travel arrangements, and minute-taking.
  • Manage the Partner's calendar, prioritize tasks, and oversee conference/meeting room resources.
  • Organize meetings, send reminders, and coordinate catering as needed.
  • Perform office management duties, including procuring supplies and maintaining confidential files.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the firm in all interactions.
  • Handle printing, mail, packages, copying, and filing for the executive team.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the executive office operates smoothly.
  • Demonstrate leadership and credibility, supporting senior management staff.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
  • Support the Office Manager in onboarding new joiners and other HR tasks.
  • Provide legal administrative support, including preparing and formatting reports, creating reference tools, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing.
Requirements
  • Spanish and English language skills are essential.
  • High level of IT literacy.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage change.
