Your Role:- Implement and configure RIS/PACS solutions in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Ensure seamless integration with other clinical systems, such as EMR/HIS, to guarantee efficient workflow.
- Customize configurations to meet the specific requirements of our clients, adjusting both technical and functional aspects.
- Provide ongoing technical support to troubleshoot issues related to RIS/PACS systems.
- Address clinical questions and issues that may arise during implementation and usage of the systems.
- Collaborate with support teams to perform diagnostics and issue resolution.
- You regularly evaluate system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- You implement updates and system adjustments as necessary to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- You have experience in the configuration, support, and administration of RIS/PACS systems.
- You possess knowledge of administrative topics, server management, and networking in hospital environments.
- You can train all users, including technical and clinical staff, to ensure they can effectively use the implemented solutions.
- You provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
