This role involves the implementation, configuration, and optimization of these solutions in clinical environments, ensuring they meet the operational and quality needs of the customer.
Your Role
- Implement and configure RIS/PACS solutions in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Ensure that the solutions are properly integrated with other clinical systems, such as EMR/HIS, guaranteeing efficient workflow.
- Customize configurations according to the specific requirements of the client, adjusting both technical and functional aspects.
- Provide ongoing technical support to troubleshoot issues related to RIS/PACS systems.
- Address clinical questions and issues that may arise during the implementation and usage of the systems.
- Perform diagnostics and issue resolution in coordination with the support teams.
