Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Liaison who can excel in providing top-notch support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through various channels, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and effective way
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support
• Document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence

Requirements
• High level of spoken English (near native) for customer interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Software savvy and able to easily adopt new tools
• Ability to handle customer disputes calmly and professionally
