Customer Service Liaison

**Job Overview**
Bruntwork is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing assistance with insurance policies in our mobile app.
**Key Responsibilities**
We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with customers, guide them through the insurance application process, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone communication skills, customer service experience, and be able to learn new software/apps quickly.

**What We Offer**
This is a remote position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) from 8 AM to 4 PM EST, with a 30-minute paid break.
