The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles.
Responsibilities- Managing the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas, as well as compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Screening incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assisting in project management, data analysis, and expense reporting.
- Serving as a liaison between the CEO and the executive team, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and numbers, with QuickBooks experience an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- A driven attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 CAD per annum, depending on experience.
