Executive Support Specialist

Seller Interactive, a leading e-commerce and digital marketing company in Toronto, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role offers a unique blend of administrative duties, project management, and public engagement coordination.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar and email, arranging travel plans, screening calls and emails, and preparing correspondence. You will also act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist with project management.
Additionally, you will coordinate public engagements, conferences, and podcast interviews for the CEO, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms. Your personal assistance duties may include managing confidential information, performing tasks and errands, and adapting to changing priorities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support position, with excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. You should also be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and possess a driven, go-getter attitude.
