About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Assistant Launch. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, handling general tasks, calendar management, email management, travel planning, task coordination, meeting organization, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Email and Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the executive's inbox, filtering emails, and responding to routine inquiries.
  • Travel Planning and Coordination: Research and book flights, accommodations, and transportation for both business and personal trips.
  • Task and Project Coordination: Assist in managing daily tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Organize meetings, including coordinating schedules and sending invitations.
  • Client and Vendor Communication: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Admin Assistant. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in various tools (CRM, Project Management, MS Office, etc.), ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide remote work arrangements, opportunities for skill development and career growth, and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
