Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Key Account Management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Accurate Market Insights: Collaborate with the Key Account Management team to deliver reliable sell-out and market data, ensuring informed business decisions.
  • Optimize Presale and Distribution Planning: Ensure accurate planning of presale and product distribution to guarantee a correct assortment for each Point of Sale, maximizing sell-out performance.
  • Drive Sell-Out Analysis and Growth: Provide top accounts with sell-out analysis, enabling better decision-making and sustainable growth with our brands.
  • Monitor and Optimize Brand Performance: Work with the Key Account and Trade Marketing Management teams to ensure optimum monitoring and performance of brands managed spaces within top accounts.
  • Execute Strategic Projects: Plan and execute necessary projects to achieve adidas' strategy objectives in key accounts.
  • Measure Performance: Track and measure performance against predefined KPIs, including sell-out, sell-in, and market share.
