In the role of Business Strategy Senior Manager for Latin America, you will be responsible for orchestrating a streamlined and coherent strategic thinking and business planning process for the region, including Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Business Planning (ABP), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). This position requires cross-functional collaboration with our global office and close partnership with Finance teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a proven ability to enable decision-making, and a talent for initiating and leading transformative change. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to enhancing organizational performance through effective stakeholder management and strategic execution are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a unified and comprehensive growth strategy to foster engagement and alignment across the system.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives grounded in sound decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure support and alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives through informed decision-making.
  • Create compelling communication materials to convey strategic frameworks and progress to various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in consulting firms, specifically in strategic planning roles.
  • Proven decision-making capabilities with the ability to analyze complex information, evaluate alternatives, and make strategic choices that drive success.
  • A strong track record of effective stakeholder management, emphasizing relationship-building across all organizational levels, including executive leadership and external partners.
  • A robust strategic vision with the ability to set long-term goals that align with the company’s mission and values.
  • Exceptional communication skills that facilitate the clear and effective articulation of complex ideas, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality documents such as strategic plans, analytical reports, and persuasive presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
