Job Overview

As a key member of the IQVIA team, the Financial Planning Manager will provide critical financial analysis support and insight to drive business growth and strategic planning. This role will be responsible for the control, coordination, and management of data flow to inform business decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts for multiple countries, including Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, and Ecuador.

• Analyze revenue and EBITDA results to identify key growth drivers and trends, providing actionable insights to inform business strategy.

• Collaborate with General Managers as a trusted Finance Partner to drive business growth and profitability.

• Support the development of business cases and cost simulation scenarios to inform investment decisions.

• Prepare and present budget and forecast analysis to senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct research and provide ad-hoc information requests to support business needs.

• Review and ensure compliance with financial clauses on customer contracts to align with Corporate Policies.

• Oversee the review and approval of pricing calculators to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Manage collections and DSO reports to optimize cash flow and minimize risk.

• Develop and maintain cash flow reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting is required.

• A graduate degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management is preferred.

• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance is required.

• Experience with financial systems and databases is required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong leadership and focus, are essential.

• Advanced English language proficiency is required.
