About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to lead the transformation of our financial planning and analysis activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and market trends, and analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Reporting and Insights: Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management to support decision-making, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.
  3. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
  4. Leadership and Collaboration: Inspiring and motivating peers and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in delivering results.
  3. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel, SAP, Microsoft Power Platform).
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
  5. Fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus.

Additional Information

  1. Position based in Bogotá, Colombia.
  2. Split-Week Hybrid work model (Monday/Friday remote; Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in-office work).
