As a key member of the IQVIA finance team, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will provide critical financial analysis support and insight to drive business growth and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets for key regions, including Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, and Ecuador.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue and EBITDA results to identify key growth drivers and trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Financial Partnerships: Act as a finance partner for general managers, providing strategic financial guidance and support.
- Business Case Development: Support the preparation of business cases or cost simulation scenarios to inform investment decisions.
- Financial Presentations: Prepare budget and forecast analysis and presentations for senior management, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial data.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Research and report on ad-hoc information requests, providing timely and accurate financial insights.
- Contract Review: Review financial clauses on customer contracts to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
- Pricing and Collections: Review and approve pricing calculators, and generate collections and DSO reports to optimize cash flow.
- Cash Flow Management: Prepare cash flow reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/accounting (required). Other graduate degrees or equivalent in finance, accounting, or financial management (preferred).
- Experience: Around five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance (required). Experience in financial systems and databases (required).
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership and focus, and advanced English language proficiency.
