**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our team and drive our LATAM presence. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in negotiations and administer contractual agreements with clients worldwide.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support business growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, track progress, and report results.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Fintech and forex industries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with high proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or sales organization consulting.
