As a Strategic Sales Account Leader at Copeland, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with proposals and operations teams to achieve sales targets and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Engage customers through events, presentations, and demonstrations, acting as a liaison between departments and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead strategic presales activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and Trade Compliance procedures.
- Contribute to solution design and marketing plans, prepare technical presentations, and maintain an updated sales funnel/pipeline.
- Report monthly sales results, coordinate bid preparation, and demonstrate cooperation with other business units.
Requirements:
- Experience working with large and complex organizations (matrix).
- Understanding of Strategic Accounts, Sales Channels, EPC, OEMs, and Private Market dynamics.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work in a distributed team environment.
- Knowledge of Process Automation and cross-business unit structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + years of sales experience in automation and control.
- + years specifically in Process Automation.
- Sophisticated technical understanding of control systems.
- Upper Intermediate proficiency in English (B).
- Expertise in developing account penetration strategies and Solutions Selling methodology.
