Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
You will lead and manage sales teams to meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. You will also control and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
Additionally, you will monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of revenue targets and propose corrective actions when necessary. You will establish strong relationships with EPS, IPS, and other key institutional stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in managing sales teams, a deep understanding of institutional and trade channels, and proven expertise in building relationships with key stakeholders.
You will also focus on the promotion of our portfolio of contraceptive methods (pharmaceuticals and medical devices), leveraging your network within the medical community, particularly gynecologists, to ensure product adoption.
