Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic workplace. This role is pivotal in fostering an exceptional atmosphere for both clients and team members. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the Genius Sports office, creating a welcoming, secure, and efficient environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management - As the first point of contact, you will ensure that all office activities contribute to a positive experience for both internal and external guests. Your duties will include managing reception, administrative tasks, security protocols, event coordination, maintenance, mail handling, archiving, cleaning services, catering, and waste management.
  • Facilities Oversight - You will supervise the office facilities and liaise with property managers and landlords. Collaborating with the Office Manager, you will assist in refurbishments, maintenance, and workspace design to cultivate an inspiring environment.
  • Safety and Compliance - You will advocate for the safety of our personnel, brand, and products, ensuring that our office adheres to security and data protection standards.
  • New Employee Integration - You will support the onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with the People Team to integrate them into the office culture, organizing events and orientations, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and documentation are prepared for a smooth transition.
  • Travel Coordination - You will manage travel arrangements through our travel management system, creating itineraries, securing transportation and accommodation, and suggesting enhancements to our travel practices. You will also provide analytics and reports to optimize our travel programs.
  • Event Planning and Employee Engagement - You will work alongside the Office Manager to conceptualize and execute a variety of company events. This includes managing budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring successful delivery from small office gatherings to significant corporate functions.
  • Administrative Support - You will take ownership of various ad hoc requests or projects from Business Operations or other local teams.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities and adapt to changing situations.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across various functions and levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to leverage technology to enhance productivity.
