NeoWork is in search of a meticulous and organized Account Coordinator to enhance our account management efforts. In this role, you will support the account management team in delivering outstanding customer service and nurturing robust client relationships.

At NeoWork, we are committed to providing innovative and tailored solutions for our clients. As an Account Coordinator, your contributions will be essential in facilitating client onboarding, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring seamless operations.

We seek an individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for clients, which includes collecting necessary client information and coordinating internal workflows.
  • Oversee client accounts and address inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage effectively with clients and internal teams to guarantee successful service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill client expectations and adhere to project timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain precise documentation and reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Foster strong client relationships and provide continuous support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account coordination or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of consistent cold calling experience.
  • Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Capacity to handle a high volume of calls and text messages, alongside some administrative responsibilities.
