Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to become a vital part of our Latin American division. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials, contributing to the delivery of transformative therapies to patients. As a Clinical Operations Assistant, you will work in a dynamic environment, supporting Clinical Research Associates and project teams with various administrative functions, including site payments, management of trial supplies, and maintaining trial master files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, scanning, filing, and returning Case Report Forms for designated projects.
  • Overseeing document management within the electronic document system.
  • Providing limited support to investigator sites under the guidance of Clinical Research Associates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, along with relevant experience in study site operations. You should be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively to meet project deadlines. A degree in a related field is preferred.
