About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellness and Resiliency Assistant to join our team. As a Wellness and Resiliency Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Resiliency Studio wellness curriculum, coordinating resources, and scheduling appointments efficiently. You will facilitate workshops, manage outreach programs, and create marketing materials to promote wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the maintenance of and fidelity to the Resiliency Studio wellness curriculum provided by Vendor clinicians to promote employee well-being, education, success, and retention.
- Partner with Operations and Vendor providers to coordinate structured, cohesive, and accessible wellness tools and resources for employees.
- Liaise actively with internal TaskUs stakeholders and Vendor clinicians to ensure efficiency in appointment scheduling and accuracy in staffing coverage.
- Assist with creating reports and presenting data relevant to specific committees, business reviews, and administrative personnel.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in developing and facilitating workshops and outreach on wellness topics; coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
- Responsible for monthly outreach programming on-site for a specific campaign.
- Responsible for all purchasing needs related to these events.
- Must work closely with Operations and WFM to optimize times in which employees can attend events.
- Creates marketing materials to spotlight wellness initiatives through various channels.
- Ensures compliance in areas of TaskUs policies and HIPAA regulations as applicable.
- Maintains organized and up-to-date records to meet client audit requirements.
- Collaborates with the Resiliency Manager and other wellness personnel to implement best practices in wellness.
- Ensure all training requirements are met for the campaign personnel (onboarding, company-required training, etc).
- Recognizes employees in distress and refers them through the proper channels and resources available at TaskUs.
- Supports special projects and performs various administrative duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of interpersonal and communication skills including tact and diplomacy.
- Skill in program development, event planning, coordination, and delivery of effective psycho-educational programming.
- Skill utilizing Google Suite programs (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
- Ability to review and make recommendations to improve and streamline processes.
- Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with employees and management in a rigorous work setting.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills including management of timelines, events, and budgets.
- Ability to maintain confidential work-related information and materials.
