Role Overview: As a Wellness and Resilience Coordinator, you will support the Resiliency Studio wellness curriculum, efficiently coordinating resources and scheduling appointments. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, managing outreach programs, and creating marketing materials to promote wellness initiatives. Adherence to TaskUs policies, collaboration with stakeholders, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are crucial aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure fidelity to the Resiliency Studio wellness curriculum provided by Vendor clinicians to enhance employee well-being, education, success, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Vendor providers to coordinate structured, cohesive, and accessible wellness tools and resources for employees.
  • Actively liaise with internal TaskUs stakeholders and Vendor clinicians to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and accurate staffing coverage.
  • Assist in creating reports and presenting data relevant to specific committees, business reviews, and administrative personnel.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and outreach on wellness topics; coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
  • Oversee monthly outreach programming on-site for specific campaigns.
  • Manage all purchasing needs related to wellness events.
  • Work closely with Operations and WFM to optimize attendance times for employees at events.
  • Create marketing materials to highlight wellness initiatives through various communication channels.
  • Ensure compliance with TaskUs policies and HIPAA regulations as applicable.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records to meet client audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Resiliency Manager and other wellness personnel to implement best practices in wellness.
  • Ensure all training requirements are met for campaign personnel.
  • Recognize employees in distress and refer them through the appropriate channels and resources available.
  • Support special projects and perform various administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Organize and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy.
  • Experience in program development, event planning, coordination, and delivering effective psycho-educational programming.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite programs (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Ability to review and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, including management of timelines, events, and budgets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of work-related information.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Active listening skills.
  • A strong desire to assist others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience working with adult learners.
  • Experience with wellness programs.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field.
