About the Role

As a key member of the DiDi Global team, you will play a vital part in driving customer experience and relationship management. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with business process outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the CX Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, providing expert guidance to the team, and making significant contributions to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, guaranteeing high-quality customer experiences.
  2. Lead key projects, leveraging your expertise in customer experience and relationship management.
  3. Provide professional guidance and support to the team, promoting growth and development.
  4. Assist in leading a team or projects, empowering others to achieve their full potential.
  5. Develop and execute strategies, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of work experience in process improvement roles.
  2. Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  3. Strong experience with continuous improvement methodologies, with a Black/Green Belt certification preferred.
  4. Effective time and team management skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a resilient and adaptable approach.
  7. A growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  8. Comprehensive knowledge of CX KPIs, with the ability to recognize trends and patterns.
