Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients in the Consumer Retail B and Reseller markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish trust and respect with clients to drive business growth.
  • Understand client needs and communicate product value to meet their expectations.
  • Liaise with distributors to fulfill client requirements.
  • Analyze client data to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status.
  • Improve the client buyer experience through process enhancements.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure client needs are met.
  • Resolve client complaints and prevent future issues.
