Team Overview:Our team is passionate about delivering a WOW service to our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our BPOs and other areas within the company to guarantee our quality standards and customer experience satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:- Ensure services are delivered to the organization's clients.
- Lead key cross-functional projects in CX.
- Demonstrate expertise and experience in the CX area, providing professional guidance to the team.
- Begin to lead a team or projects, assisting and empowering others.
- Independently make plans for sub-areas and facilitate the execution of the strategy.
- 5+ years' work experience in process improvement roles.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Deep experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with supplier management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective time and team management and organization skills.
- Analyze data, make decisions, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Resilient and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive growth mindset and continuous learning.
- Show comprehensive knowledge of CX KPIs.
