Position Overview

The Branch Sales Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the quality of interactions conducted by the sales managers in the Latin American region. This role encompasses evaluating managers' calls, offering constructive feedback, overseeing the educational development of managers, and facilitating both live and virtual training sessions as required.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the educational advancement of sales representatives
  • Verify the accuracy of e-learning courses translated into Spanish
  • Translate training documentation from English to Spanish
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales representatives' entries in the CRM system
  • Conduct coaching sessions focused on enhancing the quality of work
  • Track sales representatives' performance metrics and devise training strategies accordingly
  • Generate reports detailing progress and challenges

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales or corporate training
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with financial trading is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in PowerPoint is a significant plus
