Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of sales practices, promoting and selling technical and non-technical products and services to current and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Research and evaluate sales policies to ensure product sales volumes and profit targets are met.
  • Coordinate key sales activities and inform customers of new product introductions and prices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Manage a team of experienced professionals and supervise large production or operations teams.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Years of experience in similar roles, with experience in team management.
