Job Title: Sales Manager

At Docplanner, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our commercial team in achieving outstanding results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, improve team performance, and optimize customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing commercial team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop solutions, and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and team performance.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM management and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and act on sales performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
