Job Title: Sales Manager
At Docplanner, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our commercial team in achieving outstanding results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, improve team performance, and optimize customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve market share.
- Lead and manage a high-performing commercial team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop solutions, and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and team performance.
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM management and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and act on sales performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
