Job Title: Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team at EFROUTING TECH S.A.S. in Barranquilla, Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and leading our sales efforts from the ground up, establishing a strong sales foundation, creating effective strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy, focusing on achieving ambitious growth objectives.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities in the market, ensuring the acquisition of new customers.
  • Establish and manage strong relationships with potential clients, building networks and connections that drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance objectives are met.
  • Gather and analyze market feedback, using this information to adjust and optimize our sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams, ensuring that our solutions align with market needs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating reports to assess progress toward objectives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in startups or growing companies.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM.
What We Offer:
  • Contract: Fixed-term with the possibility of extension.
  • Location: On-site work in Barranquilla, Colombia.
  • Salary: $5,000,000 to $8,000,000 COP per month, depending on experience.
