We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Associate to join our team at LatamCent. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs for our revenue teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for revenue new hires, focusing on sales, client strategy, and business development.
- Develop and maintain onboarding curriculums, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences, leveraging adult learning principles to maximize knowledge retention.
- Host coaching sessions on soft skills, including objection handling, discovery, and negotiation.
- Administer and grade assessments and activities, providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Build and maintain net new onboarding content, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant to the business.
- Assess the impact of our onboarding program, leveraging ramp tracking metrics and anecdotal data to inform improvements.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and learning programs across our core business units.
- 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- C2 Level English proficiency.
- Experience building best-in-class training programs for sales roles, including live training, async assignments, certification programs, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, with experience onboarding revenue roles (Sales, SDR, Client Strategy, BizDev).
- Outstanding audience engagement skills, with great composure and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of the audience.
- Self-starter with strong judgment and an eye for the nuances of our business.
- Love coaching and role-plays, with a proven ability to create impact with new hires.
- Competitive Compensation Package: $36,000 - $56,000 monthly, depending on experience, plus a $10,000 bonus based on performance.
