We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive sales through cold calling and appointment setting. In this role, you will play a crucial part in portfolio management, driving new account sales while accurately maintaining daily reports tracking progress and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, secure, and onboard new logistics customers across multiple industries.
  • Expand Core Logistics' customer base relative to open deck, van, reefer, LTL, and FTL transfers.
  • Negotiate competitive and profitable customer rates driven by load specifics and market conditions.
  • Build, lead, and drive a collaborative internal operations team around all new and assigned customers.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer responsiveness and retention.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Field Sales and Account Management within the Transportation/Logistics or Brokerage industries.
  • Advanced knowledge in the freight industry.
  • Successful experience in sales, preferably in a cold-calling and appointment-setting role.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • English C1 or above level mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Minimum of 1 year of logistics sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated professional with outstanding sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Predisposition for succeeding within a corporate culture driven by teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
