Key Responsibilities- Deliver a Best-in-Class Onboarding Program: Develop and implement a comprehensive 5-week training program for new Revenue hires, covering topics such as sales strategy, objection handling, and negotiation.
- Build and Maintain Onboarding Curriculums: Create and update onboarding content, including live training sessions, asynchronous assignments, certification programs, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Facilitate Classroom and Blended Learning Experiences: Design and deliver engaging training sessions, leveraging various formats to cater to different learning styles.
- Host Coaching Sessions on Soft Skills: Provide one-on-one coaching and role-playing exercises to help new hires develop essential soft skills.
- Administer and Grade Assessments and Activities: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate new hires' understanding of the onboarding content.
- Build and Maintain Onboarding Content: Continuously update and expand onboarding content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
- Assess the Impact of the Onboarding Program: Analyze ramp tracking metrics and anecdotal data to evaluate the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Ad-Hoc Initiatives and Learning Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning programs and initiatives that support the organization's goals.
- 2+ Years of Relevant Enablement/Sales Training Experience: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective onboarding programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- C2 Level English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Experience Building Best-in-Class Training Programs: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to different learning styles.
- Close Understanding of the Sales Process: In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including SaaS sales, and experience onboarding revenue roles.
- Outstanding Audience Engagement Skills: Proven ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences, with a strong focus on creating a positive learning experience.
- Self-Starter with Strong Judgment: Ability to work independently, with strong judgment and an eye for detail, to ensure the onboarding program meets the organization's goals.
