Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated Business Relationship Strategists with strong HR backgrounds and a proven track record of driving outsourcing growth with international clients.

Key Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with clients utilizing outsourced staffing services, serving as a trusted advisor to address client concerns and provide expert guidance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention by effectively resolving issues and challenges, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts, collaborating closely with the Recruitment Team to fulfill client staffing needs, and partnering with the Staff Services Team to ensure ongoing performance and satisfaction of outsourced staff.

Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps postpaid internet for a two-member household, personal computer with admin access (i3 processor or equivalent, 8 GB RAM), and an estimated monthly salary range of $2,500 - $4,000 depending on experience. As a remote position, you will work from home in the Philippines or Colombia, Monday to Friday with various shifts available.
