**What You'll Do**
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
- Identify and establish new partnerships for healthcare referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop referral management strategies.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Educate providers on our unique services and programs.
- Communicate patient eligibility criteria and provide updates to referral partners.
- Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction metrics for improvements.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the patient journey.
- Address and resolve challenges or concerns from patients and partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of patient lifecycle processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations for referral strategy.
- Advocate for patients' needs and contribute to patient-focused strategy.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Success, Relationship Management, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in healthcare relationship management or business development.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and referral processes (plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in English language (B2+ required)
- A US Visa is required for travel (once every quarter)

**Salary**: $4,000,000 - $4,700,000 per month
