At Refact, Llc., we are seeking an ambitious Senior Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our market revenue expansion through innovative business opportunities within the media industry.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that drive revenue and expand market share.
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, identifying new areas for business expansion, and partnering with other directors to execute sales strategies.
The Senior Business Growth Strategist will be a key stakeholder in the overall performance of the business and will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategies.
The role will report directly to the CEO and will have a significant impact on the company's growth and success.
Job Description:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a self-motivated individual with a strong network of existing client relationships and a proven ability to strategically position solutions for new opportunities that generate revenue.
The Senior Business Growth Strategist will work closely with the CEO and other key leadership stakeholders to define KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and execute plans to increase sales/revenues across the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and present effectively to senior/C-level clients.
They will also have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and convert qualified leads into new opportunities.
The Senior Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for creating and maintaining sales presentations and other marketing materials utilized for new business purposes.
They will also represent and position Refact, Llc. as a thought leader in the industry by marketing at conferences, speaking events, and participating in a variety of networking forums.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in marketing and advertising in the media industry.
They will have a proven track record of generating new business in the digital, creative, and marketing space.
Proficiency in using standard CRM systems, email marketing, and mass outreach tools is also required.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and will be logical, yet creative in their thinking with adept problem-solving abilities.
Experience in industries beyond the media industry is a plus.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
