At Four Seasons, we believe in empowering our people to deliver outstanding results and creating a work environment that is stimulating, supportive, and rewarding. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Group Sales Representative to join our team in Cartagena, Colombia.
Job Summary:
- Promote and sell group business to the defined geographic region, generating hotel awareness through direct phone sales, tradeshow participation, and networking events.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to solicit, sell, and confirm group business required to meet budgeted sales goals.
- Negotiate and finalize group contracts that ensure hotel revenue targets are achieved.
- Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of the hotel.
- Create and execute account plans for assigned market territories to ensure maximum group revenue and budgeted group targets are achieved.
About the Role
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A proven track record in sales and customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with discretion.
What You'll Bring
- A college degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or operational hotel experience.
- Proven sales track record, with a strong understanding of the group sales market and the ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Spanish, with good personal and professional references.

Schedule & Hours
