Customer Success Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving customer success and satisfaction for our small business customers. You will develop strategies to increase engagement and delight customers, while mitigating churn and ensuring seamless product adoption.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with small business customers to understand their needs and goals
- Developing and implementing bespoke success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Proactively engaging with customers during the renewal process to secure renewals and drive customer retention
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Fostering strong relationships with customers and becoming a trusted advisor
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand and address customer challenges effectively
