We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sana Commerce. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences and are passionate about helping others.
Job Description:As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our users receive top-notch support. You'll interact with customers through multiple channels, share best practices, register customer responses, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to overall process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective support to customers
- Sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the customer experience
- Managing customer complaints and requests for assistance
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvement
- Representing the voice of the customer within our organization
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to listen actively to customer needs. They should also have strong computer skills, knowledge of online software products, and a positive attitude towards their responsibilities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong command of the English language
- Customer-centric mindset with a clear ambition to help
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- General computer skills and knowledge of online software products
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
