About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting group customers that will generate business on behalf of our hotel, while ensuring that our revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Negotiate and draft group contracts to ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved.
  2. Adjust group pricing and recommend group concessions as needed to secure group business in support of hotel budget targets.
  3. Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of our hotel.
  4. Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify business to generate group room nights and associated food and beverage revenue to impact RevPar performance.
  5. Create and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum group revenue and budgeted group targets are achieved.
  6. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.
  7. Uncover potential P2P leads on behalf of sister properties and the company.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a college degree and a proven sales track record. Previous experience in luxury hotel sales is preferred.
