About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting group customers that will generate business on behalf of our hotels, while ensuring that our revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target group customers to generate business on behalf of our hotels
- Negotiate and draft group contracts to ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved
- Adjust group pricing and recommend group concessions as needed to secure group business
- Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of our hotels
- Follow up on all business inquiries and leads to qualify business and generate group room nights and associated food and beverage revenue
- Create and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum group revenue and budgeted group targets are achieved
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in luxury hotel sales preferred
- Proven sales track record is a plus
