We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 per year, plus commission-based earnings. This role has significant growth opportunities and the potential to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives, provide expert knowledge on Cozymeal's offerings, and follow up with client inquiries in a timely manner. You will work closely with our team to continuously improve the sales process and the platform's offerings.

Requirements

  1. Culinary Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales within the culinary industry, with a focus on food and beverage.
  2. Phone Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience in phone sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  3. Revenue-Driven: A strong revenue-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  5. Time Management: Efficient time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  6. CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  7. Google Suite and Excel: Proficient in Google Suite and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
