Role Overview

As a Sales Representative at Ingepsy, you'll be at the forefront of driving B2B sales in the US market. Your role will focus on converting trial users into long-term subscribers, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform. By leveraging your sales expertise and fluency in English, you'll connect with contractors, demonstrate the app's transformative potential, and build meaningful client relationships.

Your Impact

You'll play a critical role in accelerating growth by increasing subscription rates, streamlining user adoption, and contributing directly to Ingepsy's mission of empowering construction professionals to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales and User Engagement
  • Maintain consistent communication through calls, emails, and in-app messages
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations highlighting how the solution meets specific client needs
  • Address and resolve objections with a solution-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with trial users to optimize their experience and ensure smooth transitions to subscriptions

Requirements

  • Must-Have: Fluent English, Active Listening & Problem-Solving, Proactive Communication, Adaptability & Coachability
  • Nice-to-Have: SaaS sales experience, Familiarity with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Stripe, Experience in the construction or tech industry, Proven ability to develop and refine sales strategies
