Your Role

As an Account Management Partner at Ingepsy, you'll be responsible for driving proactive account growth, minimizing erosion in renewals, and ensuring our largest accounts continue to flourish.

You'll develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies, leveraging your expertise to lead the successful growth and retention of our most valuable accounts.

Collaborating closely with other sales team members, you'll execute every aspect of the account management process flawlessly, from initial prospecting to closing deals and beyond.

You'll not only lead one or more portfolio or strategic accounts but also drive new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.

This role requires an expert in our industry who understands how external best practices can impact our customers.

You'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Ingepsy as a leader in the market, staying ahead of the curve and anticipating customer needs.

About You

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience running account P&L, deep knowledge of business and technology trends, and industry best practices.

You should have proven experience managing sales processes end-to-end, revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.

An open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers is essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • Experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
