Global Sales Director for International Markets

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Executive to join our team at FedEx Express México. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with national account customers. You will be responsible for selling all FedEx products and services to defined national account customers, resulting in net incremental revenue while ensuring maximum profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Ensure attainment of assigned revenue goals and develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain account intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry information, competitive information, and any other information deemed necessary.
- Marketing/Sales Programs: Implement various marketing/sales programs as instituted by FedEx management.
- Competitive Analysis: Gather and report all competitive activity in assigned accounts including all competitive advances, pricing, tactics, and/or any other information deemed necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work with all FedEx resources (headquarters, stations, credit, bscs, etc.) to ensure ongoing revenue achievement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in business administration, with a major in marketing or finance.
- Five (5) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and to plan and execute major customer sales strategies.
- Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Heavy overnight travel required.
Estimated Salary: Based on market research and industry standards, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
